What we offer

At Cape Africa Tours we pride ourselves on providing an all-inclusive service. When we quote for a tour, we include as many items as possible. We want you to know that when you arrive in South Africa, there will be a minimum number of extra expenses. You do not want to arrive on tour and then discover extra costs that have not been included in your package.

We believe that the three most important aspects of touring are:
 Fixtures

Here we go to extra lengths to ensure teams are evenly matched; you do not want to go on tour and win or lose all matches by huge margins. Matches must be as competitive as possible.

 Accommodation

We will match your needs with your budget; we take into consideration all your requirements in particular location and budget.

Transport

We always use a reputable transport company with comfortable coaches, reliable drivers, and all the necessary insurances.

About Us
Cape Africa Tours is an experienced, vibrant Cape Town based tour operator specialising in inbound group and individual travel. Our offices are located in the leafy suburb of Rondebosch, a stone’s throw from Newlands Rugby and Cricket Stadiums and many of the Cape’s leading schools.
Our staff are all South African and passionate about sport and this beautiful country. We believe in a 100% hands-on approach to the design and management of our tours. We pride ourselves on offering a personalised service; we are around morning, noon and even night if necessary. We do not offer the same basic tour itinerary to every tour group; we go out of our way to tailor our tours to your specific requirements.

My name is Derek Braidner, and I have taken cricket tours to over 15 countries in the last 4 years -ranging from 35 to 150 participants. In March 2016 I led a tour of 48 people (2 x Cricket teams) to South Africa,under the stewardship of Andrew Russell and Cape Africa Tours. Andrew organised 12 matches at magnificent cricket clubs, whose members treated us like ” Kings”. He also organised throughout the 20 days, numerous side Tourist activities of which every one was successful. His choice of accommodation was excellent and ensured that we had quality, commensurate with our budget. But it isn’t just the mechanics of the tour that I wish to praise – it’s all about the people and the person – and that to me is the critical measurement. Andrew became a mate to all of us, particularly myself, and without hesitation I will recommend him to any one needing a Quality Tour Operator in whose hands your group will feel really special and safe.
